The Toledo-Lucas County Commission on Minority Health's 2011-2012 Program Goals and Directives are:
Monitor Health Status of Minorities in Toledo and Lucas County
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Depatment Office of Minority Health will continute to be a collaborating partner with health coalitions that collect data, especially for racial and ethnic minorities. These coaltions include:
Healthy Lucas County Perinatal Data Use Consortium Data Evaluation Group
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department Office of Minority Health will assist the nin-subcommittees of the Toledo-Lucas Conty Commission on Minority Health advisory group in collecting health data with respect to health disparity projects carried out betweeen July 1,2011 and June 30, 2012.
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department Office of Minority Health and program evaulators will publish two minority health monographs with respect to disparate conditions that affect minority populations in Toleedo and Lucas County.
The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department Office of Minority Health will work collaboratively with the Epidemiology Depatment at the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department to collect additional data related to racial/ethnic minorities.
